Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

Military Fasteners was recently added to our list of approved vendors and so far it has been an absolute pleasure working with them. The speed, communication, and coordination with our orders so far have been absolutely above and beyond. Sarah is an absolute all star and made the ordering process quick and seamless. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking for products!
